1. Parcel Opening Video Required

To raise any complaint regarding a damaged or incorrect product, customers must record a full unboxing video from start to end, without any pause, cut, or edit.
This video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

2. Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 15 to 20 days from the date of order confirmation.

Return & Refund Policy

3. No Returns or Refunds

Returns and refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchange is only applicable for damaged products, subject to verification with a valid and complete unboxing video.

5. No Refunds

No refunds will be issued in any case.

6. Replacement / Exchange Delivery Timeline

If an exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 to 12 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are confirmed.

8. Courier Charges

Courier charges will not be covered by Dreams Couture.

9. Exchange Shipping Responsibility

For any approved exchange, the return courier must be arranged by the customer.
